Mark Hyslop Principal

The Founder and Principal of IIPS, Mark has been advising industrial and commercial tenants on real estate matters for over 25 years as a consultant and registered property valuer.

Mark has a thorough knowledge of all industrial and commercial property markets and a proven track record in securing successful outcomes for clients represented.

Prior to establishing IIPS, Mark successfully operated as an Industrial Sales and Leasing Negotiator within major international real estate firms Colliers Jardine and Sallmanns Ltd. Mark has also contracted to major institutions including Transgrid, Resitech (New Housing) and Australia Post.

Bruce Husband Director

Bruce has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry encompassing all aspects of the commercial, industrial and residential real estate markets.

During this time has worked in senior positions in commercial sales and leasing within leading International agencies Richard Ellis and Colliers Jardine, and also headed up the Commercial Real Estate division of McGrath Estate Agents.

Bruce has previously established, owned and managed a commercial real estate agency, and has been a Director of a successful Real Estate Sales and Project marketing company.

Since joining IIPS in 2010, Bruce has embraced the representation of the tenants' interests in real estate transactions.
